Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the gear is in its original packaging with all tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use your preferred courier to send it back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
